Refund Policy

We accept returns for refund within 14 days on receipt of your online purchase (only applicable on ready stock items). You will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, retained in the original box and shipped back to us within 14 days.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +6016-7153936. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within three days of receipt of your order. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

If you are expecting refund, credit will be submitted to you within 7 business days depending on customer’s bank processing period. Refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment channel (credit/ debit card or direct bank transfer).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Pre-order and made to order items are not eligible for return. Customers may cancel or amend any order before payment is made. Once partial or full payment is made, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
  • Return packages shipped beyond the 14 days return period, and packages that are improperly packaged will also be refused receipt.
  • Return merchandise must be undamaged and in “original, new and unused condition”. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by other jewellers will not be accepted.

Changes or Cancellation

Please whatsapp +6016-7153936 for instant assistance if you need to amend or cancel an order. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation.  There will be a shipment delay as a result of some adjustments. On custom order requests and/or items that have already delivered, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once a shipment is in transit, it is not possible to reroute it to a different address.
